Userfeel sets your privacy and the security of your data in the highest priority and complies fully with applicable Greek data protection law 2472/97 as well as with the European General Data Protection (GDPR) Privacy Policy and is committed to their full implementation taking into account the adoption of appropriate technical and administrative measures.

Userfeel has taken the technical measures to ensure the protection of personal data while transmitting, managing and storing them, but the nature of the internet is such that nothing can guarantee absolute protection. For this reason, you can also contact us by alternative means (eg by phone).

The Internet pages of the Userfeel use cookies. Cookies are text files that are stored in a computer system via an Internet browser. Through the use of cookies, the Userfeel can provide the users of this website with more user-friendly services that would not be possible without the cookie setting.

The data subject may, at any time, prevent the setting of cookies through our website by means of a corresponding setting of the Internet browser used, and may thus permanently deny the setting of cookies. Furthermore, already set cookies may be deleted at any time via an Internet browser or other software programs. This is possible in all popular Internet browsers. If the data subject deactivates the setting of cookies in the Internet browser used, not all functions of our website may be entirely usable.

Collection of general data and information

The website of the Userfeel collects a series of general data and information when a data subject or automated system calls up the website. This general data and information are stored in the server log files. Collected may be (1) the browser types and versions used, (2) the operating system used by the accessing system, (3) the website from which an accessing system reaches our website (so-called referrers), (4) the sub-websites, (5) the date and time of access to the Internet site, (6) an Internet protocol address (IP address), (7) the Internet service provider of the accessing system, and (8) any other similar data and information that may be used in the event of attacks on our information technology systems.

Newsletter subscription and contact forms

At the Userfeel website users can register to our newsletter, register as a client or register as a tester, contact us via the contact form or ask for content via forms. In these cases, the email, name, date and time of submission and the IP of the user is saved on our server and on our newsletter partner server which is MailChimp. These users start getting newsletters and training emails. They have the option to stop these deliveries at any time by clicking on the unbsubscribe link that is on every email sent.

These newsletters and training emails contain tracking pixels that allow the statistical analysis of the success or failure of these emails. This tracking pixel allows to see if an email is opened and whether any link in it is clicked.

Blog comments

Users on our website have the ability to post comments on our blog. In that case, their email, name, date and time of submission and their IP is saved on our server. In case that a reply from another user is submitted, they get notified by email in order to be able to respond promptly.

CV Submission and Candidates Evaluation

In case that you send us your CV in order to work with us, you will be asked to fill in many personal details such as date of birth, place of residence, personal interests, previous work experience, education etc. This data is saved in our server, it's shared with third parties.

User Rights

Users of the Userfeel website have the right to request to get an electronic copy of the data we keep abou them or ask to delete their data by sending an email to info@userfeel.com. These requests will be fulfilled immediately. Data will be kept in cases where the law or tax authorities ask to do so, like when we have invoiced a client and we need to retain this record on our file for tax purposes.

Personal Data for the fulfillment of our services

In case that you use the "Upload to YouTube" function, your usability test video gets uploaded automatically to your YouTube account as an unlisted video. In order for this to happen, your data is shared with YouTube for this and only reason. We don't get any other access to your YouTube account.

Statistic analysis

Behavioral data, like pages visited, time on page, referrer, visits frequency etc. are saved on third party services like Google Analytics in order to improve our marketing and website. This data is not personally identifiable. These third party services use cookies in order to provide their service.

Remarketing

For advertising reasons, visitor data are provided to adversiting networks like Google and Facebook in order to show banners and text advertisements on third websites.

Data Storage

All Userfeel data is stored within the European Union.

User Data including projects, tests, test sessions is retained until the tester asks to delete his account.

Video files are retained for as long as the client who ordered the test asks to keep them based on their plan.

Testers

If you register at Userfeel as a tester, you are asked to provide many personal data like Name, Email, year of birth, interests, annual family income etc. This data is used in order to notify you when a client asks for users who match your demographic profile. This data is saved on our server until you ask to delete your account.

When a user asks for your demographic profile, you will be notified by email. You can accept the test request or ignore it. You can disable email notifications at your profile page.

When you take a test, your computer's or mobile phone's or tablet's screen and the microphone is recorded and the produced video is stored on our server and shared with the client who ordered the test. The client can use this video as he may select, so when taking a test, make sure that personal apps, emails or other data is not shown on your screen. If you are asked to register as part of a test, use fake data if you don't want your data to be shown in the video.

External Testers

If you have not registered as a tester, but you have received an invitation from one of our clients to participate in a test, you will be asked to enter your email before starting the test in order for our client to know who took each test slot. your computer's or mobile phone's or tablet's screen and the microphone is recorded and the produced video is stored on our server and shared with the client who ordered the test. The client can use this video as he may select, so when taking a test, make sure that personal apps, emails or other data is not shown on your screen. If you are asked to register as part of a test, use fake data if you don't want your data to be shown in the video.

Clients

If you register at Userfeel as a client, you will be asked for personal data like name, email, company you work for, phone. This data is saved on the Userfeel server until you ask to delete it.

After registering as a client, you will start getting training emails and newsletters from which you can unsubscribe at any time.

Development and Support Team

Userfeel is developed and supported by Netstudio EE, 53 Trapezountos st, 14565 Agios Stefanos, Greece. So, employees of Netstudio have access to the server and data of Userfeel.

Security Compliance

As of September 2023, Userfeel Ltd and Netstudio EE have initiated the process to achieve ISO 27001:2022 compliance and certification. Additionally, starting September 2023 Userfeel Ltd is pursuing SOC 2 compliance and certification.

Law enforcement

Personal data may be provided to law enforcement authorities according to the local laws and regulations after their request.
