Before you start:

Make sure you are in a quiet place without distractions.
Set your device to "Focus mode" or "Do not Disturb" so you don't receive notifications during the test.

During the test:

Continuously speak your thoughts out loud.
Try to complete each task before moving forward.
Do not enter any sensitive personal information like phone, address or credit cards.
